As per board decision and unanimously approved at the June 1, 2010 membership meeting the Domocrats of Comal County have endorsed the following candidates and contributed to their campaigns:

  • Bill White, Governor
  • Linda Chavez-Thompson, Lt. Gov.
  • Barbara Ann Radnofsky, Atty. General
  • Hank Gilbert, Ag. Commissioner
  • Laney Melnick, U. S. Congress
  • Rebecca Bell-Metereau, State Board of Education
  • Kurt Kuhn, Justice 3rd Court of Appeals
  • Jeff Weems, Railroad Commissioner
  • Hector Uribe, Land Commissioner

Letters have been mailed to these candidates with checks enclosed.

We have witnessed an historic event, in the increased majorities in both the U.S. House and Senate, and the election of Barack Obama to the presidency of the United States of America. We can all be proud of the contributions that each of us has made, both financially and by our actions, to bring about this great victory.
